feat(solicitudes): document-match trust-signal + fleet doc-naming

Entity-first rename tipoDocumento/numeroDocumento->documentoType/documentoNumber (accessRequests+alumnos), store value-code 'dni'/'pasaporte' (render label), 3-state confidence badge (STRONG/CONFLICT/DOC-ONLY) on /admin/solicitudes matching on (documentoType,documentoNumber)+truthy name, DNI digits-only vs Pasaporte alphanumeric normalization. Ratified fleet standard (Elazar via mars). In-flight coder+db+audit.
