Patient-registry name correction path (pacientes.nombreCompleto)

VENUS-141's correction queue covers 13 scalar practicas-row fields but deliberately excludes pacienteNombre, which is pacientes.nombreCompleto — a registry write outside the práctica-row apply boundary (G4). If the client needs to correct a patient's registered name, it needs its own correction path with its own apply boundary + audit (a registry mutation, not a práctica-row edit).
