New client spec (Elazar 2026-07-03): a práctica correction can be submitted at any time; a BEDEL must approve it; a registro de todos los cambios (full change history) is shown. Involves: (1) approval workflow on práctica edits, (2) new 'bedel' approver role (members: Puia + Stolbizer existing + Lorena Salomone pending onboarding), (3) change-audit trail visible in UI, (4) removing/relaxing the 48h/3-edit cap for corrections. Student /corregir 13-field diff form (moduloId frozen) → bedelia/admin /admin/correcciones approve-deny queue (titular EXCLUDED, SoD decidedBy≠requestedBy≠createdBy) → txn+setArchiveContext apply with per-field active-lookup + stale-diff auto-deny → email triad. DDL +2 hardening indexes (pending-UNIQUE TOCTOU close + child idx). SHAs a79a627(S1+S2)/2680a57(S3)/be7769a(S4) v0.81.17, all audit PASS+PTD.
