When approve-resurrect hits a canonical-email collision with an active user it currently fails closed (rollback + generic error). Cosmetic hardening: surface a 'ya existe una cuenta activa' message instead of the generic one. Non-blocking, logged by auditor on VENUS-118 Stage 3 (fe24205).
