Puia's espe-Implantes doc gives EXPLICIT cirugia lists for Cirugia de Tejidos Blandos (7), Protesis diente convencional (7) and Protesis implanto asistida (13), and approves Periimplantitis as seeded ('pueden abrir las que colocaste vos'). Live seed matches none of the three well: tejidos blandos overlaps 1 of 7, protesis convencional overlaps ZERO of 7, implanto asistida partially. Modulos 1 and 2 get no list ('lo mismo que en especialidad de cirugia') and stay provisional. Safe to change: exactly ONE practica exists repo-wide and it is on modulo Implantologia, untouched. RENAME IS BANNED (cirugiaId NOT NULL on terraPracticas, no name copy) - retire + insert only.
