Práctica form shows two pieza diagrams instead of conditional swap on opción

Elazar report 2026-08-22, verbatim: at https://terra-enamel.pensanta.com/practicas/nueva he still sees TWO diagrams at once. Requested repeatedly before: show the regular pieza diagram by default, and swap to the procedure-specific diagram only once the user picks the matching opción - conditional render on selection, not both simultaneously.

FIXED and LIVE 0.24.21 (a646c21). Root cause was mine: TERRA-91 defaulted NULL/NULL to BOTH axes for zero regression, and all 35 cirugias are NULL, so the fallback WAS the production behaviour and the fix was invisible - the repeat complaint was correct against live while every arm passed. NULL now renders the odontogram ONLY; region is one click away via the escape so the edentulous case stays expressible; validation unchanged (flat at-least-one, piezas alone satisfies it). Arm 0 now names NULL/NULL as the live path for every row in the catalog. LIVE-VERIFIED at the deploy level: /api/app-version reports 0.24.21 with a new deploymentId. NOT verified as a rendered page - /practicas/nueva is gated and I hold no session; Puia's own login is the first real exercise.
