Client-reported 2026-08-21 14:25 by Sebastian Puia: he loaded a cirugia successfully, then could not re-enter it to record post-surgical complications. MEASURED: src/app/practicas/ contains only nueva/page.tsx - there is no /practicas list and no /practicas/[id] detail route anywhere in src/app. grep for postop/postQuir/complicacionesPost over all of src returns ZERO hits, so nothing in the app has ever read or written the postoperative phase. The DATA SIDE IS ALREADY COMPLETE, which is what makes this app-lane only and not a db ticket: lookupOptions holds terraComplicacionesIntra 12 AND terraComplicacionesPost 14, and terraPracticasComplicaciones already carries a NOT NULL fase discriminator alongside practicaId/value. So the vocabulary is seeded, the sink discriminates the two phases, and only the surface is missing. practica-form.tsx line 36-38 states the intended split in a comment - intraoperatorias pre-save, the post-save section belongs to a detail-card re-entry AFTER GUARDAR - so the design was decided and the second half was never built. terraPracticas holds exactly 1 row, Puia the only tester, which means the very first real clinical record in the system is write-only. Blocks the September Espe session where alumnos are meant to start logging in.

DESIGN SETTLED, implementation in progress (coder-terra-cc). Surface: src/app/practicas/[id]/page.tsx gated requireAppUserPage(PRACTICA_ROLES), reads the BASE table terraPracticas with deletedAt IS NULL plus ONE access predicate - creator OR live participante OR a ROSTER role (docente/jtp/bedel/admin) in vUserGroups - and notFound() otherwise; id checked with isUuid first. Shows header, paciente nombre+apellido ONLY (no documento, no DOB - UX directive 5), piezas, regiones, participantes, intra complicaciones, then a client form for fase=post. Action src/lib/practica-postop-actions.ts savePostopComplicaciones({practicaId, complicacionesPost[], comentario, completado, alta}): client checkout, BEGIN, setArchiveContext(user:practica-complicaciones-post - new ARCHIVE_REASONS key), then THREE self-gated statements each carrying the SAME access predicate so no node-side decision gates a write: UPDATE terraPracticas SET comentario, completedAt = CASE WHEN flag THEN COALESCE(existing, now()) ELSE NULL END (same for altaAt) RETURNING id; INSERT post rows for values not currently live; soft-delete deselected live post rows (deletedAt=now()) which fires requireArchiveCtx + archiveSoftDelete. Values validated server-side against getComplicaciones(post); unknown value = ActionError. rowCount 0 on the UPDATE after COMMIT = notFound/denied message, not a throw. Rules/SQL in practica-postop-core.ts (no deps) with a node test asserting the predicate appears in all three statements and the role literals equal ROSTER_ROLES. mi-cursada rows link Nº to the detail. Triggers measured live: terraPracticas has AFTER UPDATE archive (needs ctx), practicaNumberImmutable, setUpdatedAt; complicaciones has no INSERT trigger, UNIQUE live index (practicaId,fase,value) WHERE deletedAt IS NULL.

db-terra-cc PASS 98c37ce (mt42p2ql8eo2): requireArchiveCtx BEFORE UPDATE tgenabled=A gates on the soft-delete transition, reason passes; all three statements embed the predicate, rowCount read post-COMMIT; concurrent double-save can 23505 on uq_live - surfaces as error, accepted. Note: docente WRITE of postop on a practica they are not on is my INTERPRETATION (supervision), pm/05 supports docente READ only - stated as such in practica-postop-core.ts header; pm-terra-cc owns pm/05 if it wants the tag. audit-terra-ca not registered at ask time.

LIVE 0.24.5 (dpl_F1PnfMmctWQ4a6bexNdC4siX72X5). PTD coverage: /api/app-version reports 0.24.5 dbOk; unauthenticated GET /practicas/<uuid> -> 307 /login (gate in front of the reader). NOT exercised: an authenticated open + save - terra has no cheap test row and no test account; first real exercise is Puia re-opening his practica. Node test 10 arms green in the gate.

audit-pluto-ca second BLOCK (mt42udafxo1h): vocabulary validated pre-BEGIN, no FK/CHECK on value. FIXED 29165d9: POSTOP_VOCAB_CHECK_SQL inside the RR txn before writers, whole request refused on any unknown value; test arm 12. Durable DB-side enforcement (trigger on terraPracticasComplicaciones.value vs scoped vocabulary) is db lane - filed as TERRA-87.

coder-venus-cc review of 29165d9 (mt42zqr6lwpa) found 3 real defects + 1 design gap, all fixed 131587d: NOT IN failed open on a NULL from the enamel-owned resolveScopedVocabulary (now NOT EXISTS); 23505 and 40001 both reachable by design and both landing as generic crash copy (now withUserMessage, tier error preserved); archive trigger was not a user-visible trace so a third party's overwrite was indistinguishable from your own edit (detail now renders last follow-up editor, filtered by archiveReason). Cross-project review earned findings neither terra lane could produce.

Round 4 (coder-venus-cc mt433mpz4za5): reader retyped the archiveReason literal the writer holds as a constant - would have un-shipped the trace silently on any rename. FIXED c3cd009, bound as $4 + test arm refusing the literal. TERRA-82 closed earlier; these are post-close hardening rounds, WI stays closed.

PRE-ONBOARDING REACHABILITY TRACED FROM SOURCE, which is as far as I can get without authenticating. Puia signs in as sebastian.puia@odontologia.uba.ar, which holds terra/docente AND terra/client (his gmail identity holds terra/alumno and is a SEPARATE account - do not merge). Against route-access.ts that gives him: /mi-cursada and /practicas/nueva (PRACTICA_ROLES, via docente), /alumnos and /practicas (ROSTER_ROLES, via docente), /panel (CLIENT_ROLES, via client), /cirugias (CATALOG_ROLES, both), /mi-perfil (any member). NOT /administrar or /administrar/usuarios - ADMIN_ROLES is admin+bedel and he is neither, which is correct and is not a defect to report if he mentions it. THE POSTOP PATH IS REACHABLE FOR HIM BY TWO ROUTES: /practicas/[id] carries no nav entry and is reached by link, from /mi-cursada for his own practicas and from /practicas for the catedra's, and its own gate is PRACTICA_ACCESS_SQL, which admits the creator, a live participante, or any ROSTER_ROLES holder - docente qualifies on the third arm, so he can open and complete the post-operative section on ANY practica, not only his own. That is the surface whose absence he reported, and by role he can reach it. WHAT THIS IS NOT: it is a source trace of the gates, NOT an exercised run. No authenticated save has ever executed against terra_82 - not the parent UPDATE, not the child INSERT, not the soft-delete, and none of the three has been observed under the REPEATABLE READ transaction that couples them. The vocabulary guard, the 40001 and 23505 message mapping and the archive GUCs are all unexercised in exactly the same sense. A role trace proves he will not be REFUSED; it proves nothing about what happens after he presses guardar.
