seed-demo-sample-data.sql breaks under terra_241: fixture rows owned by synthetic actors will refuse
pmmaster-evolutiva-cc-muwcd8ynf52v: the predicate does NOT bend for fixtures. Once terra_241's BEFORE INSERT guard is live, db/seed-demo-sample-data.sql (TERRA-251) fails on cleanup+reseed: its 8 prácticas are attributed to synthetic profiles with no clinical grant. Re-running against an already-complete fixture stays a no-op. Historical dryruns that omit createdBy also fail if re-run. Fix the SEED, never the gate: attribute a NON-SYNTHETIC ELIGIBLE actor (synthetic práctica data, real eligible actor). Open question for the owner: the seed header says synthetic profiles exist because the demo is run by real cátedra Google accounts, so attributing fixture rows to a real person needs that person's consent plus a cleanup manifest (TERRA-256 residue rule). Acceptable fallback per pmmaster: record cleanup+reseed as BROKEN until the seed is updated. Never add a synthetic-actor exemption to the predicate. Done = the seed is attributed to a consented eligible actor and rehearsed against applied 241, OR BROKEN is recorded on TERRA-277 with this row as the fix.
