Correction-rail attribution unobserved: terra_234/235 INSERT arms and terra_236 pure-delete actor never read back

Split out of TERRA-181 per pmmaster-evolutiva-cc-muw7m1i0fcah. terra_234 and terra_235 (committed INSERT arms of the práctica child-set correction) and terra_236 (pure soft-delete detail exemption, TERRA-272) are applied live with executable bytes verified and applied-source provenance committed (4b09f2a). What is NOT observed: that a correction made through the app durably attributes the actor - the INSERT arms' archive/attribution rows and the pure-delete actor have never been read back from a real correction. Done = after Elazar's TERRA-181 test correction (inc2 + inc3), a read-only readback by a lane with SELECT (db-terra-ca or audit_terra_cc_ro) shows, for each arm, the archive row carrying Elazar's users.id as actor and the TERRA-181 reason, with the exact ids recorded on this row. If any arm shows NULL or a wrong actor, this becomes a DDL fix for the db lane.
