⛔ Code is live: bee18aa, 0.31.87, dpl_3kndgpRqgGnBhTYGJHkeonyTYnSu, audit PASS. Both env vars are set. Blocked on evidence: ingest byApp.terra read 0 rows at 15:33Z because nobody has signed in since the deploy. Close when coder-enamel-cc reads byApp.terra after the first real signed-in session. accepted>0 with count 0 = their insert fails; rejected400 = my payload; all zero = the request is not reaching the ingest.
Unblocks TERRA-22: eq 32 (answered 2026-08-18) routed aged-session observation to venus webusage telemetry (WEBUSAGE-1, maintainer coder-enamel-cc). Measured by coder-enamel-cc 2026-10-05: webusage.usageEvents holds terra=0 rows (mars 13115, pluto 9269, venus 3166), so no instrument can see a terra session. Scope: terra-side client integration modeled on the reference app's integration, plus a per-app bearer issued by coder-enamel-cc and set as a Vercel prod env var (never inlined, never client-exposed). Done = terra usageEvents rows > 0 from prod, plus a coverage statement saying what the events can and cannot show about session expiry.

terra per-app bearer ISSUED by coder-enamel-cc and live (telemetry-ingest TOKENS registry, service restarted 03:53:22Z). Token sent to coder-terra-cc by DM only (tag coder-enamel-cc-muupuh719v0c), with the full wire contract: POST https://telemetry.pensanta.com/v1/usage, body {app:'terra',events:[{routePattern, userIdHash, primaryRole,ts}]}, 1-50 events, 64KB, codes 204/401/403/400-whole-batch, route segments that are pure digits or a UUID rejected as leaked raw ids, 204 returned BEFORE the insert so it is not a durability receipt. Requirement on the integration: server-side sender, never a browser beacon - the bearer authorises the whole app and is not per-user. Attested WITHOUT writing a row so the done-criterion (terra usageEvents > 0) stays clean: 403 on mismatched body.app loopback AND through Caddy, 400 on body.app=terra with a raw-id segment (app match is checked before event validation, so this pins the bearer to terra exactly), 401 on a wrong bearer; terra row count still 0. REFUSED one half of the ask: the reference client integration - mars and pluto are not checked out on venus and a fleet grep finds no sender, so that file path has to come from coder-mars-cc or coder-pluto-cc.

Bearer issued by coder-enamel-cc 2026-10-05 00:54 ART (held in hub DM coder-enamel-cc-muupuh719v0c, NOT recorded here). Setting TELEMETRY_USAGE_TOKEN (sensitive, production) failed from coder-terra-cc: the Vercel CLI is not installed on venus, and the Vercel MCP returns 404 'Project not found' for prj_HTTOJEAeVtjuJ3BJMYvyck2xmYaq with and without teamId team_WG6Gxa6RLXDjS2DFj3Tp99RV, so its account cannot see the terra project. Needs Elazar: vercel env add TELEMETRY_USAGE_TOKEN production. Contract: POST https://telemetry.pensanta.com/v1/usage, body {app:'terra',events:[{routePattern, userIdHash, primaryRole,ts}]}, 1-50 events, normalized routes (no digit/uuid segments), server-side sender only, 204 is not a durability receipt.
-
TELEMETRY_USAGE_TOKEN set as a sensitive Production var via /home/rob/.local/share/pnpm/vercel (vercel env ls production shows it, 2026-10-05). The earlier 'CLI not installed' was wrong: the pnpm global bin is not on tool-shell PATH. It takes effect on the next deploy. Next: the server-side sender.

MARK-T270-ship. bee18aa, live 0.31.87, dpl_3kndgpRqgGnBhTYGJHkeonyTYnSu (health commitSha matched 15:31Z). src/proxy.ts stamps x-pathname; src/app/template.tsx calls getSessionUser (fail-closed, no gate) then logRouteUsage; src/lib/usage-telemetry-core.ts normalizes against a route manifest (test enforces sync with src/app page.tsx; seen red with /cirugias removed). Env: TELEMETRY_USAGE_TOKEN + USAGE_TELEMETRY_SALT (sensitive, prod). Exercised: unit tests 19/19, tsc, eslint, /login 200, /practicas 307, /solicitar-acceso 200, runtime logs clean for the deploy. NOT exercised: a signed-in pageview reaching the ingest - needs real traffic; coder-enamel-cc asked to read usageEvents (coder-terra-cc-muver47g6lvf). Audit diff review asked (coder-terra-cc-muver2hdczsf). Coverage once rows land: pageview timestamps per userIdHash show last activity before a session gap; they cannot show WHY a session ended (expiry vs closed tab) - that still needs TERRA-22's own instrument.

MARK-T270-ingest0. coder-enamel-cc 15:33Z: app=terra usageEvents count 0; ingest v0.3.0 (b7dcfb1) now counts rejections per app in /healthz byApp.terra, and terra has 0 deployment-originated rejections. Runtime logs for dpl_3kndgpRqgGnBhTYGJHkeonyTYnSu show no signed-in page request yet, only my anonymous smoke curls, so zero is expected. Next read: after the next real signed-in session, ask coder-enamel-cc for byApp.terra (accepted>0 + count 0 = their insert; rejected400 = my payload; all zero = not reaching the ingest).
-
Measured 15:33Z: webusage.usageEvents app='terra' = 0 rows, no routePatterns; mars 13192 / pluto 9285 / venus 3182 for contrast, so nothing from bee18aa has arrived. The 400/401 half of the ask had NO INSTRUMENT (the ingest logged nothing for a rejected request), so it was fixed rather than answered: telemetry-ingest b7dcfb1 / v0.3.0 now exposes byApp.terra.{accepted,rejected403,rejected400} and a per-rejection journal line. Current terra counters (1x403, 5x400) are entirely my own forced-red probes, not terra traffic. That split is now readable: accepted>0 with 0 rows = my insert path, rejected400 = terra's payload, all-zero = the request never reached the ingest.

MK270R. Re-read 2026-10-06T05:59Z by coder-enamel-cc. byApp.terra: accepted 0, rejected403 1, rejected400 5. All six rejections are old (last at 2026-10-05T15:34:28Z, reason 400:invalidEvent:ts:future); none since. webusage.usageEvents holds ZERO app='terra' rows for all time. Counters only run since 15:34:12Z, so 15:30-15:34 is unknown. Two defects show in the payload: ts lands in the future (clock or unit), and one body.app did not match the terra bearer. Still open: no accepted event yet.
-
MK270C. Correction to MK270R: 'two defects in the payload' is not established. The app path sets ts = new Date().toISOString() on the server and body.app = the constant 'terra' (src/lib/usage-telemetry-core.ts:94, usage-telemetry.ts:50). The six rejections all fall at 15:34Z, minutes after deploy, which fits hand-crafted probe batches; Vercel clock skew is the other candidate. Unknown which. Zero accepted events in 14h means either no signed-in pageview, or a silent delivery failure, which would show as 'usage-telemetry: ingest rejected batch' warn lines in the Vercel runtime log. Not yet checked.
-
MK270HAND. Hand-fire requested from coder-enamel-cc: one known-good terra event with the row id recorded as a manifest. coder-enamel-cc owns the store and the revert. Prod runtime logs 2026-10-05T15:25Z to 06:25Z: 0 usage-telemetry warn lines, and only anonymous page traffic (/login 200, /solicitar-acceso 200, /practicas 307). But each 4h window hit the 2000-row CLI cap, so this is a sample, not a census: no claim of zero signed-in requests. An unauthenticated POST to /v1/usage returns 401, so the receiver is live.

telemetry-ingest receiver localisation, coder-enamel-cc (I own EVO-51 telemetry-ingest). DEFECT IS NOT IN THE RECEIVER, and no row was created to establish that. First, a correction to my own earlier report (coder-enamel-cc-muw9r3lnin3o): I attributed byApp.terra's 1x403 and 5x400 to terra's sender. They are NOT terra traffic. The journal shows all six at 2026-10-05T15:34:28, one per reason code in sequence within one second - bodyAppMismatch, routePattern:rawIdSegment, emptyBatch, bodyNotJson, eventsNotAnArray, ts:future - which is a conformance exercise of every refusal arm, run seconds after the 15:34:12 restart. byApp.terra therefore contains ZERO real terra traffic in either direction, and the right reading of accepted=0 is no attempt, not a rejected attempt. Two zero-residue probes just now with terra's own bearer, loopback to 127.0.0.1:9720: (A) matching body.app='terra' with a deliberately future ts returned 400, which proves the bearer resolves to app='terra' and the body.app comparison passes, while writing nothing because validateEvent rejects before the 204 and the insert. (B) the same bearer with body.app='mars' returned 403, so the mismatch arm fires exactly when it should. Terra's receive path is proven; only the INSERT step is unproven for app='terra', and that is app-agnostic code with app as a bound parameter, already 392/392 for mars, pluto and venus on the same path. One 401 unknownBearer at 2026-10-06T06:24:37 is unattributable by construction - a 401 has no authenticated app - so it is not evidence about terra either way. TWO FACTS THAT BREAK THE ASK AS WRITTEN. (1) webusage.usageEvents has NO id column: app, routePattern, userIdHash, primaryRole, ts, receivedAt. There is no stored row id to hand back; the manifest would have to be that tuple, with a uniquely chosen userIdHash as the single-row key. (2) The removal deadline is HARD and close: telemetry-webusage-rollup.timer runs 03:00 UTC daily and INSERTs into webusage.usageDaily before DELETEing from usageEvents, so an event fired today is folded into the permanent daily aggregate at 2026-10-07T03:00Z and the usageEvents row it came from is gone. Removal after that means correcting usageDaily, not deleting a row. I am SELECT-only fleet-wide, so I cannot perform the removal myself and will not fire a row-creating exercise whose revert path I do not hold. The accepted-event arm is ready and declared; it needs a writer on the venus telemetry cluster (db-venus-cc is the plausible lane) committed to removing the tuple before 2026-10-07T03:00Z, with verification by a count on both usageEvents and usageDaily.
-
MK270LOC. Localised (coder-enamel-cc muwb1vdz25aa). The receiver path works: loopback probes with terra's bearer, no row written, gave 400 on a future ts and 403 on a mismatched app. The six old rejections were coder-enamel-cc's own conformance exercise, not terra's sender. So accepted=0 means no attempt was ever made. The gap is producer-side: zero signed-in page views since bee18aa. The accepted-event arm is NOT needed for localisation, and it would contaminate usageDaily (the 03:00Z rollup deletes events; usageEvents has no id). Remaining: the first real signed-in page view must yield byApp.terra accepted>0.
-
Accepted-event arm DROPPED on the merits, not chased. Refusal recorded: db-venus-cc declined (muwb2d9sy4if), stated reason 'wrong lane, I hold a venus DSN only, no terra credential, not venus's row'. For the record so nobody re-walks this on a wrong premise: that reason rests on a factual error about WHICH database holds the row. The tuple would land in webusage.usageEvents on the VENUS telemetry cluster, which is the cluster db-venus-cc holds, and no terra credential is involved at any point - terra is only the value of the app column. I am not re-assigning on that correction, because the arm should not run at all. Why it should not run: its entire marginal value over the two zero-residue probes is exercising an INSERT whose only app-specific input is a bound parameter, already proven 392/392 for mars, pluto and venus on the identical code path. Against that, the cost is a false signed-in page view folded into webusage.usageDaily permanently at 2026-10-07T03:00Z. A test that cannot fail informatively is not worth a permanent aggregate defect. TERRA-270's receiver question is ANSWERED: terra's bearer resolves, body.app matching passes, the refusal arms fire correctly, and the gap is entirely producer-side. What remains unexercised and is named: the INSERT for app='terra' specifically, and any end-to-end path from terra's deployed producer. The first real signed-in terra page view will exercise both at once with no synthetic residue - and because accepted=0 is now known to mean 'no attempt', the accepted counter going to 1 is itself the end-to-end signal to watch.
