Paciente queue depends on 7 bound accounts out of 28 reviewer grants, and 2 requests have aged 2 days
Measured by db-terra-ca 2026-10-03 on the live vUserGroups view (ended/deleted/synthetic excluded): terra holds docente 26 grants over 26 distinct users but only 6 carry a supabaseAuthId, bedel 1 with 0 bound, admin 1 with 1 bound. So creating a paciente - narrowed to docente/bedel/admin by TERRA-150 - rests on at most 7 accounts that have ever bound an identity, and 20 of the 26 docentes have never completed a sign-in bind. Meanwhile /pacientes/pendientes holds 2 real undeleted requests, oldest createdAt 2026-10-01 09:35:50 ART, so a student has been unable to save a practica for a patient for two days; Elazar relayed the client-side screenshot of exactly that refusal today. The gate itself is CORRECT and this row is not an argument against it: the refusal preserved the practica draft and the dedupe worked ('ya habia un pedido pendiente para este documento'). The defect is reviewer availability, and the binding count is the only instrument for it that exists - db-terra-ca states the honest limit, that a bound authId means possible sign-in and not current availability, so 7 is a CEILING on reviewer capacity, not a measurement of it. Note the overlap with TERRA-266: if any of the unbound docentes are in the locked-out implantologia cohort, the people who would clear this queue are the same people who cannot get in, and de la Pena self-reports as a docente in that cohort. Possible that some of the 20 simply never used the app, which is why this is p2 and not p1 - that distinction needs one query per unbound grant against the access reports, not an assumption.

MKR-267-gap coder-terra-cc 2026-10-06, SOURCE-ONLY (same zero-grant coverage limit as TERRA-278: coder_terra_cc_ro has SELECT on none of vUserGroups/users/userEmails, so I did NOT re-measure the 28/7 split or break the 21-gap down by reason). WHAT THE SOURCE SETTLES: supabaseAuthId NULL IS NOT A LOCKOUT, so 'unbound' and 'locked out' are different populations and the row's 20 cannot be read as 20 blocked people. src/lib/auth.ts resolution order, which is a stated requirement (:144-147): findAppUserByAuthId anchors STRICTLY on supabaseAuthId (:111-114, no email axis on any read path, :77-91) and necessarily MISSES for a NULL row; the callback then calls bindSupabaseAuthId, which resolves on EMAIL (:153-167) inside enamel_007's SECURITY DEFINER function. So a docente holding a live grant with supabaseAuthId NULL binds and gets their roles on their FIRST Google sign-in, automatically, PROVIDED the stored address canonicalizes to their Google address. NULL is the pre-first-sign-in state and it self-clears. THE GAP THEREFORE SPLITS ON ONE DISCRIMINATOR - stored-address correctness, not role, not grant, not binding: match -> outcome bound, can act immediately, 'dormant by choice'; mismatch -> outcome noMatch -> noProfile -> /login?error=no-profile, genuinely locked out with a live grant. That is the SAME population as TERRA-278 (7 confirmed wrong-address + 5 candidates, all still supabaseAuthId NULL). These two rows are one defect measured from two ends. ANSWER TO 'which of these are fixable by code': NONE. The bind path is correct as built and must not be touched - auth.ts:77-91 records that an email fallback on the read path was REMOVED as an auto-link defect (enamel-auth-session-trust req 9), so widening resolution to close this gap would reintroduce it. The remedy is a data correction on the existing row via the human-handled fn_correctUserEmail after the bound-target check. No code change is proposed by this row. WHO CAN CLEAR THE 2 AGED REQUESTS TODAY: the bound set as db-terra-ca measured it 2026-10-03 - 6 docente + 1 admin, 0 bedel - against TERRA-150's docente/bedel/admin narrowing. I could NOT verify that set is still live or that any of the 7 has ever signed in; liveness needs vUserGroups and users, both refused to my role. Route the liveness confirmation and the 21-gap-by-reason breakdown to db-terra-cc/db02-terra-cc or audit-terra-ca, whichever holds a role with vUserGroups SELECT.

MKR-267-scope coder-terra-cc 2026-10-06: explicit read scope for the three measurements, per pmmaster muwpa912yavb. Column names taken from db/schema-live.md, not guessed. M1 = the 21-account gap split by stored-address correctness. M2 = liveness of the 7 bound accounts. M3 = noProfile landing conversion (TERRA-278 item 3). REQUESTED, four relations, SELECT only: 1. vUserGroups (VIEW) - userId, appKey, "group". For M1 population and M2 denominator. The view already excludes ended/deleted/synthetic grants and carries no toAt, so the (toAt IS NULL OR toAt > now()) predicate question does not arise on this surface and no base-table read is needed. 2. vUsersAdmin (VIEW) - id, supabaseAuthId, emailCanonical. For M1 bind state and stored canonical address, M2 identity. DELIBERATELY the view and not public.users: vUsersAdmin already excludes soft-deleted AND synthetic rows (src/lib/auth.ts:93-105), so granting it removes the need for deletedAt/isSynthetic entirely. EXPLICITLY NOT REQUESTED on it: email, legajo, documentoType, documentoNumber, nombre, apellido, telefono, profilePictureRef. emailCanonical alone answers correctness; the raw address and the identity documents are not needed for any of the three. 3. appEvents - createdAt, appKey, action, status, failureCode, sessionId, detail. For M3 only: correlate a signInCompleted outcome=noProfile row to a LATER authorized row for the same identity. Narrow to appKey='terra'. detail is needed because the noProfile identity is detail.authUserId and no actorUserId exists on that row by construction. 4. auth.users - id, email. ONLY source of the GOOGLE address, which is what 'stored-address correctness' compares against. Cross-schema GoTrue, so this is the one item that may be refused on scope; if refused, M1 degrades to the attempted-sign-in subset using the auth email already recorded in appEvents detail, and says so. MEASURABILITY LIMIT, and it narrows M1 as pmmaster framed it: stored-address correctness is UNMEASURABLE for anyone who has never attempted a sign-in. A never-attempted account has no Google address anywhere in the system, so the 20 unbound docentes split into (a) attempted and failed, measurable from DB, and (b) never attempted, where the only comparison is the 2026-08-05 catedra roster - a client-provided-docs artifact, not a DB read, and the same comparison db-enamel-ca already ran for the 14. Do not expect M1 to classify the whole 21 from these grants. NOT REQUESTED anywhere: users, userEmails, pacientes, terraPracticas, emailOutbox, groups. No write, no DDL.

ENAMEL shared-data read scope for MKR-267-scope: approve one-off SELECT-only use by an already-authorized reader of vUserGroups(userId,appKey,group) and vUsersAdmin(id,supabaseAuthId,emailCanonical), with Terra filter and privacy-safe aggregate/status output. appEvents may be read for M3 only with appKey=terra, relevant actions/time window, and extraction of detail.authUserId solely for correlation; no raw detail or identity/address output. No persistent GRANT, DDL, DML, or auth.users direct access approved. A separate auth-owner review is required for any cross-schema email comparison. Source caveat: current vUserGroups definition requires ug.toAt IS NULL, so results describe view-visible membership and cannot establish future-end-grant liveness; vUsersAdmin filters deleted/synthetic. Never-attempted unbound accounts remain unclassifiable for stored-vs-Google address correctness. db-enamel-ca has no production execute_sql capability and will not run the read.

MKR-267-vug coder-terra-cc 2026-10-06: db-enamel-ca's scope GO (db-enamel-ca-muwpe9umb5o1) carries a source caveat that is larger than TERRA-267 and contradicts a ruling pmmaster issued hours earlier. Verified from the catalog, not taken from the message. pg_get_viewdef('public."vUserGroups"') WHERE clause, read under coder_terra_cc_ro: ug."toAt" IS NULL AND ug."deletedAt" IS NULL AND g."deletedAt" IS NULL AND u."deletedAt" IS NULL AND ug."isSynthetic" IS FALSE AND u."isSynthetic" IS FALSE AND (g."ownerAppKey" IS NULL OR g."ownerAppKey" = ug."appKey") So the view uses the BARE toAt IS NULL - the exact form pmmaster ruled is the defect (pmmaster-evolutiva-cc-muwec8f8ng78, confirmed on ck_userGroups_range permitting a future toAt, so the OR arm is live code). enamel_084's core, applied today at MD5 70b42ea57f5cba68a5de099ca8d6e5fa, uses (toAt IS NULL OR toAt > now()). WHY THIS IS NOT ONLY A MEASUREMENT CAVEAT: vUserGroups is terra's LIVE ROLE GATE. src/lib/auth.ts:69-74 getUserRoles selects "group" FROM "vUserGroups" WHERE userId= AND appKey=, and :17 states every gate including auth/callback resolves roles through it. No app code reads "userGroups" directly - the only src hits are user-admin-core.test.ts assertions on migration text. So terra's entire authorization surface applies the bare predicate. DIRECTION OF FAILURE: bare toAt IS NULL is NARROWER, so a future-end grant is EXCLUDED and the holder loses the role. It fails CLOSED - an availability defect, not an authorization hole, the same shape as coder-enamel-cc's groups.deletedAt finding. THE PART THAT IS A CONTRADICTION, not a defect in one place: the same future-end grant is LIVE to enamel_084's clinical-write core and ABSENT from the role gate. One user can satisfy the clinical-write predicate while holding no role, so the two authorization readers disagree by construction. Neither is wrong against its own spec. Routed to pmmaster as a decision; I am not editing a view definition or a gate on my own read. FOR M1/M2 AS GRANTED: counts off vUserGroups describe view-visible membership, never all grants. Future-end grants are invisible to it, so the 21-gap cannot be stated as a total. db-enamel-ca HELD auth.users, so never-attempted stored-address correctness is reported UNKNOWN, not zero. Executor is still unnamed: db-enamel-ca granted query scope but holds no production execute_sql credential, and coder_terra_cc_ro has zero table grants.

2026-10-06 SELECT-only live aggregate: 28 distinct current non-synthetic undeleted Terra reviewer-grant holders (docente 26, bedel 1, admin 1); 7 bound auth IDs (6 docente, 0 bedel, 1 admin), 21 unbound. All 7 bound IDs still resolve to auth.users and all 7 have auth.last_sign_in_at; 5 signed in within 30 days. Public.users.lastSignInAt is NULL for all 7, so it is not a usable liveness measure. Among 21 unbound, 0 stored canonical addresses match any existing auth.users.email, but that does NOT prove 21 wrong addresses: pre-first-sign-in dormant accounts also lack an auth.users row. A definitive stored-address-correctness split needs a known Google address or human strong-identity source; do not infer it from missing auth rows. No names/emails/IDs returned, no writes.

CORRECTION to db-enamel-ca earlier M3 appEvents-only scope: appEvents can count Terra signInCompleted outcome=noProfile and later outcome=authorized for the same detail.authUserId, but it CANNOT measure noProfile landing -> filed access issue. Enamel enamel_046 fn_reportAccessIssue explicitly writes accessIssueReports and NO appEvents row; Terra src/lib/access-issue-actions.ts likewise says no appEvents row. Filing conversion requires separately scoped accessIssueReports read by an authorized seat; support_evolutiva_cc_enamel_ro has not shown that access. Do not label event-only recovery as landing-to-report conversion. M1/M2 still blocked for support role by view SELECT denials; no new grant authorized.

MKR-267-indistinguishable pmmaster ruling pmmaster-evolutiva-cc-muwppailqotm, recorded in the words requested. Among the 21 unbound reviewer grants, 0 stored canonical emails match an existing auth.users email (db-terra-ca SELECT-only read). AND THAT CANNOT CLASSIFY DORMANT VERSUS WRONG-ADDRESS, because a person who has never signed in has no auth row either. 'Wrong stored address' and 'never tried' PREDICT IDENTICAL DATA under every read this fleet holds. That is not a gap to close with a wider grant; it is a property of the evidence. This row has been read as '7 confirmed wrong addresses and 21 to classify'. The classification half is UNREACHABLE IN PRINCIPLE, not pending a credential. The terra view half is therefore NOT a provisioning gap and does not go on the Elazar provisioning ask. CONSEQUENCE, and it is the ruling: the remedy for the 21 is an OUTBOUND CONTACT, which is Elazar-gated. It is not an agent fix and not a data repair. Nobody prepares a correction migration for them. The 7 bound accounts are SETTLED and need nothing: all 7 auth IDs exist, all have auth.last_sign_in_at, 5 signed in within 30d.

Recording the evidence limit in the terms pmmaster set, because the row has been read as '7 confirmed wrong addresses and 21 to classify' and the classification half is unreachable IN PRINCIPLE, not pending a credential. Among the 21 unbound, 0 stored canonical emails match an existing auth.users email - and that measurement cannot separate 'wrong stored address' from 'dormant, never tried', because a person who has never signed in has no auth row either. The two hypotheses predict IDENTICAL data under every read we hold, so no wider grant closes it; it is a property of the evidence. Consequence, and this is pmmaster's ruling: the remedy for the 21 is an outbound contact, which is Elazar-gated - not an agent fix and not a data repair. Nobody should be preparing a correction migration for them. The 7 bound accounts are settled: all exist, all have last_sign_in_at, 5 within 30 days, so that cohort needs nothing. Corroborating from the appEvents side today (TERRA-278): of the 14 distinct people who hit the terra noProfile landing on demo day, 0 have an outcome=authorized signInCompleted row at any time, before or after - consistent with both hypotheses and therefore evidence for neither.

Support-reported Terra appEvents M3 partial result: 2026-10-01 ART noProfile 25 events / 14 distinct auth keys, 0 keyless; 0 later authorized sign-ins for those 14 as of 2026-10-06. All-time 36 events / 18 keys / 4 historical keyless. Filing conversion cannot be derived from appEvents: acceso:reportar has 10 rows but no shared identity/session correlator; B2/B3 UNMEASURABLE, not zero. support_evolutiva_cc_enamel_ro is denied SELECT on vUserGroups and vUsersAdmin as provisioned, so M1/M2 remain unrun; no credential borrowed or grant changed.

coder-terra-cc: dormant-vs-locked-out is unanswerable in principle (pmmaster ruling 2026-10-06, identical data either way for a never-signed-in account) - not a p1 trigger. Remaining open piece: the 2 aged reviewer-decision requests, routed to pmmaster-evolutiva-cc for PM/Elazar coordination.
