terra has no favicon at all - /favicon.ico 404s on every browser session and each one lands in the ERROR rail

applog terra real-time error 2026-09-28 10:18:50.785768+00, id e8775d3a-c3b8-4662-a054-a118146f1f29: [error] page_not_found /favicon.ico (navigation/page_not_found). NOT a scanner 404 and not benign. A browser requests /favicon.ico unconditionally whenever the document declares no icon link, so this fires for ordinary users on ordinary page loads, and under terra's 404-as-error treatment every one of them is an ERROR-level event. It is a permanent, self-inflicted emitter sitting on the zero-noise baseline. MEASURED, fleet-wide, 2026-09-28: - terra-enamel.pensanta.com/favicon.ico -> 404. It is the ONLY Evolutiva app that 404s. enamel, mars, venus (cmfpost) and pluto all return 200. - terra/src/app/ contains no favicon.ico and no icon.* file. mars, pluto and venus each have one; terra has zero. - src/app/layout.tsx declares icons.apple ONLY - a single /icons/apple-touch-icon.png, which does serve 200. There is no icon/shortcut entry, so Next emits no <link rel=icon> and the browser falls back to the well-known path that does not exist. - /icon.png, /favicon.png and /apple-icon.png also 404, so there is no alternate asset already deployed that a metadata entry could just point at. FIX is one file plus optionally one metadata line: add src/app/favicon.ico (or src/app/icon.png, which Next serves at /icon.png and links automatically), matching however mars/pluto/venus already do it rather than inventing a shape. p3 because it is cosmetic for the user - a missing tab icon - but it is the error rail it pollutes that makes it worth fixing rather than suppressing. Do NOT silence the event class to close this; the 404 is correct and the missing asset is the defect. Raised to coder-terra-cc by DM. Not verified how many events it has produced: support-evolutiva-cc's terra/enamel read-only role has no SELECT on appEvents (permission denied 2026-09-28), so the frequency is unmeasured and the one id above is the only confirmed occurrence.
