Client-supplied implant brands FIA, IMPLANSIM, INSPIRAL, NUVO are missing from terraMarcaImplante
Puia named four additions to the maxilo implant-brand catalog in his WhatsApp/voice messages, recorded in pm/05-client-info.md and in /resource/terra/pm/2026-08-22-patient-catalog-refactor-request.md (md5 752349f1): FIA, IMPLANSIM, INSPIRAL, NUVO. These are the ONLY genuinely new work in that client-evidence section - the other three items (51-85 removal, postop re-entry, docente role) are already satisfied or are not data defects; measured, see the events on TERRA-77/82. Client-supplied, so NO '(a conf.)' suffix: that suffix marks values WE proposed, and using it here would misattribute the catedra's own list back to us. THE TRAP THIS WI EXISTS TO AVOID, because terra_35 already fell into it and terra_39 had to repair it: INSERTING A lookupOption DOES NOT MAKE IT VISIBLE. terra holds an include-mode vocabularyScope on terraMarcaImplante, so an insert with no matching vocabularyScopeMembers row lands INVISIBLY and the migration passes green - that is exactly how marca shipped at 15 visible of 19 while looking correct. Verify through resolveScopedVocabulary('terra','terraMarcaImplante') and expect 23 of 23; counting lookupOptions is not verification. Current state measured 2026-08-22: 19 live, 19 visible, zero drift.

ALREADY DONE - I filed this against work that was already live, which is the exact error I had just written a memory warning about. terraMarcaImplante holds all four TODAY: fia/FIA, implantsim/IMPLANTSIM, inspiral/INSPIRAL, nuvo/NUVO, in a 19-row category that resolves 19 of 19 through resolveScopedVocabulary - so they are not merely inserted, they are VISIBLE, and the terra_35 trap this WI was written to warn about was already avoided by whoever imported them. NOTE THE SPELLING, because it decides which source is authoritative: the DB and Puia's own Drive doc both say IMPLANTSIM with a T; the refactor proposal transcribes it as IMPLANSIM without one. The DB matches the client. Do not 'correct' it toward the proposal.
