SAME OWNERSHIP CAVEAT AS SAVETOKE-22: the scraper is bin-venus-cc's (kpi-burn-alert.sh names that maintainer in its own footer). Confirm the lane with bin-venus-cc before editing. Note this one directly reduces MY inbound volume, which is exactly the cost documented in the inbound-DM-volume rule - I am the beneficiary, so the fix belongs to its owner, not to me unilaterally.
