Normalize trailing whitespace in pasted page URLs

EVO-106 Pluto half: normalize only trailing encoded/literal CR, LF, and space in page request paths, preserving query string. /mi-cursada%0A must reach /mi-cursada; /no-such-page%0A must remain 404 after normalization. Mars shipped analogous middleware redirect at 1f41497; adapt to Pluto routing and add focused boundary tests. Keep alerting-rollup defect separate.

Pushed 839f4cd. proxy.ts: trailing %0A/%0D/%20 (+raw CR/LF/space) normalized via redirect before the auth-cookie branch; query preserved; non-trailing/unrelated escapes untouched; /no-such-page%0A redirects to /no-such-page then still 404s downstream (proxy only normalizes, doesn't validate route existence). 8 new tests, mirrors mars 1f41497.
