Comentario-notification emails: Reply-To header contradicts body copy

Done low cpcoder-pluto-cc

Both práctica-comentario email bodies say 'este correo no recibe respuestas por email' while the header sets Reply-To: rectificar-practica@pensanta.com — a monitored, replied-to mailbox. One of the two is wrong: either the copy is stale (predates the Reply-To override built under WI#317 gap-1) or the header is set too broadly. Done, v2.23.50. Fixed the COPY, not the header, and the choice is the substance of the WI. The contradiction was real: sendPracticaComentarioEmail and sendPracticaComentarioToTeacherEmail both set replyTo: RECTIFICAR_PRACTICA_REPLY_TO (rectificar-practica@pensanta.com) while their bodies said "este correo no recibe respuestas por email". Which side is wrong: the copy. The Reply-To override is a deliberate WI#317 gap-1 decision - the few práctica-thread helpers opt into it specifically so replies land in the shared cátedra mailbox instead of the generic soporte inbox. Removing it would silently re-route práctica replies to the inbox 317 exists to bypass, i.e. undo a working decision to make a stale sentence true. The copy predates the override and was never updated. New copy: "Respondé desde los comentarios dentro de la app: sólo ahí queda registrado en la práctica. Si respondés a este correo, tu mensaje llega a la cátedra pero no se suma al historial." Same steer to the app, but on the reason that is actually true - only an in-app comentario joins the práctica history - instead of a dead-end claim that was never dead. The old wording's failure mode was not cosmetic: a student who replied was told their message went nowhere, when it in fact reached a monitored mailbox where a human might or might not act on it. Under-promising the wrong way still produces a wrong expectation on both ends. Third caller of the same override, sendPracticaDevueltaEmail (line ~707), carries no such footer - nothing to fix there. sendPracticaReviewedEmail uses alias notificacion with no override and no footer - untouched. Comment added above the práctica-thread section recording that copy and header are a PAIR: if the Reply-To ever moves back to a genuinely unmonitored address, this copy has to move with it. tsc clean, email tests 27/27. NOT EXERCISED: I did not verify that rectificar-practica@pensanta.com is actually read by anyone - the in-code claim that the cátedra monitors it comes from WI#317 and I have no way to observe an inbox. The new copy is written so it stays true either way: it says the message reaches the cátedra, not that anyone will answer.
