UX-pain-digest recipient was hardcoded to Elazar's personal Gmail, not work address

ELAZAR_RECIPIENT constant in ux-pain-digest.ts was a stale hardcoded literal (elazarpimentel@gmail.com) while the identically-named constant in error-digest.ts had already moved to elazar.pimentel@pensanta.com. Elazar reported the weekly digest landing on personal Gmail; fixed as a one-line literal change, not an env var (no env var controls this recipient). Follow-up consolidation filed as PLUTO-709.

Shipped 78650d1: ELAZAR_RECIPIENT literal in ux-pain-digest.ts corrected to elazar.pimentel@pensanta.com, matching error-digest.ts. Deploy confirmed READY on 78650d1. Inbox-delivery verification deferred to the next natural weekly cron run (no CRON_SECRET reachable to fire a manual trigger, and the var is Encrypted/unreadable either way) — untested, not blocked.
