Retire solo-pluto-cc/auditsolo-pluto-cc doc + config residue tree-wide

Elazar direct 2026-07-30 (via pmmaster): strip all solo-pluto-cc references, not just pluto-commons.md push grant. Fixed: deleted agents/solo-pluto/ dir; cleaned pluto-commons.md, CLAUDE.md, CODEX.md, db-pluto-role.md, audit-pluto-role.md, rbac.md; removed dead solo-lane Class-A verdict gate + broken auditsolo-prompt.md ref from .gitpush-pre.sh + matching .solo-verdicts/ .gitignore entry (found via unfiltered git grep after extension-filtered sweep missed .sh/.gitignore). Confirmed zero hits fleet-wide grep. Class-S, self-PTD.

Solo-pluto-cc residue fully stripped tree-wide. SHA 5a2795f (v2.22.28, main sweep) + 9499bc5 (v2.22.29, follow-on catching .sh/.gitignore hits the extension-filtered sweep missed). Confirmed clean via unfiltered git grep. Class-S self-PTD PASS, live version 2.22.29 == deployed.
