Add UNIQUE partial index on users.googleSub (WHERE deletedAt IS NULL AND googleSub IS NOT NULL) to protect the cross-app person anchor from dups. DEFERRED/BLOCKED: a unique index fails now on existing duplicate rows — depends on EVO-74 dedup completing first. googleSub column itself is added nullable-additive in migration 083 (PLUTO-617). Unblock when EVO-74 dedup has cleared googleSub collisions.

N/A for pluto — ruling Option A: pluto ships the UNIQUE partial index in migration 083 directly (0 live googleSub collisions confirmed, 316 backfilled clean, sub exact-opaque). The deferral rationale was a venus-specific fact wrongly generalized fleet-wide. No separate post-dedup WI needed for pluto.
