isDemo column/view/fn drop (DESIGN HOLD)

Done normal dpdb-pluto-cc ⛔ Recursive view/fn dependency DAG + drop/recreate ordering design not yet complete - audit required before any DDL apply.

Follow-up to PLUTO-579/EVO-54 (dead isDemo code gates stripped, columns still live pending drop). db-pluto-cc found larger blast radius than expected: 5 columns, 8 views, 3 indexes, 3 runtime SQL functions all reference isDemo. CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW cannot drop a projected column in Postgres, so this needs a recursive dependency DAG + explicit no-CASCADE drop/recreate ordering with owner/grant/security metadata preservation + full revert path, audit-required before apply. coder-side app consumers already confirmed zero (SHA 82de2af proved no active practicaReviews/securityAlerts consumer) - this WI is DB/schema-only.

isDemo column/view/fn drop applied live at d86e740. 5 base-table columns, 3 partial indexes, 11 views (drop/recreate leaf-to-root), 3 fn bodies stripped of isDemo predicates. Pre-DDL backup taken, forward+revert dry-run verified, audit-pluto-ca PRE-APPLY PASS, post-apply catalog/privilege/RPC/row-count evidence all clean. Revert file drafted and dry-run-proven but unexecuted.
