Fix ERR_DLOPEN_FAILED sharp crash on POST /perfil

Alert-triage finding 2026-07-17: 109 serverError burst (2026-07-16 10:05-10:10, actor cyn.rodriguez2693@gmail.com) = sharp native module ERR_DLOPEN_FAILED, libvips-cpp.so.8.18.3 not found. Turbopack bundled sharp away from its sibling .so; next.config only externalized pg. Fixed by adding sharp to serverExternalPackages.

SHA a4e4fd5 -> v2.20.1, LIVE (dpl_3QicPenwBcnzGjGTDUUaCgsMSsSV). Added sharp to serverExternalPackages, Class-S config fix. Build+deploy green, live-version matched. Runtime confirmation needs a real /perfil image upload (not exercisable by agent) - watch next /perfil error window for recurrence.
