Phase 5 (coder-pluto-cc): update src/components/entity-history.tsx per-entity field mapping to surface the newly-added base-table lifecycle columns. entity-history is a frontend read-shaping layer over *Archive + userAuditLogLegacy (no DB historial fns) — it keeps sourcing from *Archive; only its field map changes. Depends on phase 1. EVO-57 audit-trail schema program; plan authored by coder-pluto-cc from PLUTO-580 gap report (db-pluto-cc). Elazar-gated before DDL.
