Likely a CDP mobile-emulation artifact, but could be a real touch issue on physical devices (fixed-position overlay z-index/pointer-events, or a hit-target smaller than the visible box). Action: (1) manual check on a real phone that the banner exit button responds to a normal tap; (2) if it fails, inspect the banner component for pointer-events/z-index/overlay stacking on the fixed element. Low pri — exit path works via keyboard + desktop click; only mobile-tap is in question.
