Support ticket: linkify body/reply URLs + capture & surface reporter's page URL

Elazar CLI request: on /admin/soporte/[id], (a) make http(s) URLs inside the ticket body + thread replies clickable, opening in a new tab; (b) capture the page the reporter was on (SupportFab now sends structured urlPath/urlSearchParams; submitSupportTicket + insertTicket persist them into the existing supportTickets columns) and render an 'Abrir la página' new-tab link on the ticket. Class-S (business write, no schema/auth/email change; columns pre-existed nullable).
