Once every PLUTO-534 presentation companion (auth/authz/system/error-boundary/native-validation/inline-hint) is confirmed-emitting category='toast' for >=7 continuous days clean, DROP the 5 legacy OR-clauses from vFriction7d (auth/callbackExchangeFailed, authz/loginDeniedNoProfile, system/clientError:error+serverError, navigation/practica-link-dead) so the view is single-source on category='toast'. Predicated on WS-D companions live + smoke-verified. Do not let the keep-then-drop transition become permanent cruft (PM directive 2026-07-12).

Instead the legacy view stays UNCHANGED until all §3/§4 presentation companions are deployed + smoke-verified, then a SINGLE atomic CREATE OR REPLACE swaps vFriction7d to category='toast' ONLY.
