Lean recent-events views vAppEvents25/50/100 on appEvents (fleet standard)

Elazar fleet standard (via pm-mars 2026-07-07; venus+mars already building). Create 3 standing views on appEvents: vAppEvents25/vAppEvents50/vAppEvents100 — newest-first (ORDER BY the event timestamp DESC), LIMIT 25/50/100. CURATED non-jsonb columns ONLY (timestamp, level, category, action + the actor/path columns) — NOT SELECT *, NOT the fat jsonb detail blob. The token economy IS the point: agents pull recent toasts/events in a cheap query instead of ~10k tokens. Drop-reversible DDL -> audit pre-apply gate before psql. Report the live view handle so fleet converges the naming into commons as canonical.
