Rename tipoDocumento->documentoType, numeroDocumento->documentoNumber (users+accessRequests)

On-touch / NOT forced. Fleet documento* naming ruling (Elazar 2026-07-06): Spanish domain-noun root + English attribute suffix. Pluto = 2-col rename only; cluster (documentoImageId/ReviewedAt/EstadoOptionId) already conforms. Class-A: users+accessRequests trigger-archived -> db-pluto owns (sentinel+archive-context), update vUsers/vUsersWithRoles + call-sites. Cols are plain text (no FK), col-only rename. See mem:evolutiva-documento-column-naming-convention. Apply next time these cols are touched; do not force a standalone migration.
