Two artifacts: (1) TRIAGE-CODIFICATION CHECKLIST template (auth-gate-first hard rule + soft benign/canary/stale-WI entries, each = {log signature -> default disposition -> the ONE escalate-if -> source-memory link}); (2) BACKTEST SPEC — replay last-N (>=20 or 30d) already-triaged alerts COLD, solo emits {disposition,reason,action}, score ASYMMETRICALLY: any false-clear on a security-shaped alert (401/403/RLS/email/schema/authz) = AUTO-FAIL + rung-drop; over-escalate = tolerated. PASS BAR = zero false-clears on security subset AND benign-precision >=90%. Per-project pass-rate table = the evidence packet for Elazar's P4 fly-solo re-enable.
