Assign active docente_jtp role to elazar+jtp test persona

elazar+jtp persona (d0000000-0000-0000-0002-000000000003) has 0 active userRoles (its 1 role soft-deleted, primaryRoleId NULL) -> switching into it hits the no-roles wall. Elazar GO 2026-07-06: give it an active docente_jtp role so the persona is testable AND the new error-tier no-roles alert (PLUTO-519) doesn't false-fire on his persona-switch testing. INSERT active userRoles row (or restore the soft-deleted one) with archive context set; trigger recomputes primaryRoleId. Reversible. Verify persona then resolves to a jtp home route, not NO_ROLES_ROUTE.

Restored the soft-deleted docente_jtp userRoles row on persona elazar+jtp (d0000000-...003) — archive-attributed txn (context set before mutation), trigger recomputed primaryRoleId=docente_jtp. Verified live: 1 active role, primaryRoleId no longer NULL, resolveHomeRoute→/practicas (not NO_ROLES_ROUTE). Persona now testable + won't false-fire PLUTO-519's no-roles error alert. Reversible single-row DATA change, no push.
