449-C follow-up: 'copiar enlace' (copy ticket URL) button alongside SOP-NNN ref copy

Elazar chose C on the 449 copy-semantics fork (bs-mr4yzufrcxm): keep the SOP-NNN ref-string copy AND add a second 'copiar enlace' button copying the absolute ticket URL. coder plan: extend SopRef with optional linkPath prop -> second ghost Link-icon button copies window.location.origin + /admin/soporte/<uuid> (or /soporte/<uuid>); ref-copy button unchanged; UUID stays the route; wire on all 3 surfaces (admin list, admin detail, user 'Mi consulta'). Pure presentation, no email-path touch, db=no-op. Ship --patch -> post-push PTD. UX: icon-only buttons need distinct aria-labels/tooltips ('Copiar SOP-N' vs 'Copiar enlace') + consistent copied feedback.
