  Shipped 7194905/v1.97.5, audit PASS (0-collision + live-invoked silent-tier PTD). Block-L 4 alts (debug/default, telescope/, .axd, nodesync) silence the 12:42:30-45 sweep tail missed in block K (first pull predated those rows). /exec EXCLUDED (generic verb, single hit; hold-out-until-recurrence per .svn precedent) — control confirms it correctly falls to normal warn, real-404 signal preserved. Fleet republish folds K+L (20 alts) in one shot.
