Shipped 07297f3/v1.97.3. PKCE-verifier-not-found (AuthPKCECodeVerifierMissingError) at /auth/callback now logs warn not error; other exchange failures stay error/page. audit PASS:07297f3 (gate byte-unchanged, live-version verified, 0 runtime errors).
