Android/Chrome: capture beforeinstallprompt, show custom install button -> prompt(). iOS Safari (no beforeinstallprompt): show Spanish instructions banner (Compartir -> Agregar a inicio). Gate: only on mobile, only when not installed, remember dismissal. Verify/complete web manifest (name/icons/display:standalone/start_url) + reuse existing icons (PLUTO-195/196 192x192 + apple-touch). Mobile-only, no desktop nag.
