  Verified 2026-07-03 (db read-only): the regroup heading 'Otras características de la pieza dentaria' does NOT exist at the data layer — all 10 diagnosticoRadiografico items sit flat under grupo=campo='diagnosticoRadiografico', no sub-heading/grouping column, no separate pre-existing block distinct from the 10. CR34's regroup is genuinely NOT applied. Needs Elazar decision: (a) still want a UI heading grouping a subset under that optional title? (b) which of the 10 go under it? This is a UI/code grouping construct (or a new grouping field), not a lookup data add. Held pending Elazar clarification.

  Verified ALREADY LIVE + coherent (audit recovered CR34 from pm/cr/ + db read-only). The 'Otras características de la pieza dentaria' regroup was implemented 2026-03-10 by SPLITTING into a separate lookup catalog, not a grouping column: diagnosticoRadiografico = the 10 CR33 MANDATORY items; caracteristicasPieza = 12 OPTIONAL items (Sin hallazgos patológicos orden 1, + Raíz curva/fusionada, Hipercementosis, Reabsorción, Lesión/Quiste periapical, Anquilosis, Proximidad seno/conducto, Pérdida ósea, Otro) rendered under the heading. That's why db saw 10 flat items with no grouping column - the 'otras' block lives in its own catalog. CR40 (2026-03-19) refinement also live: practica-actions.ts:311/923 requires >=1 caracteristicasPieza pick + :315-322/925-932 enforces 'Sin hallazgos patológicos' mutually-exclusive. Nothing lost, structure intact. Only possible open item = whether Elazar wants any of the 12 labels changed (structure fine).
