Elazar reframe 2026-07-03: comment/notes feature ALREADY exists on the practica detail page (e.g. /practicas/<id> shows both 'Comentarios' and 'Observaciones y comentarios' cards). Rescope = UI consolidation: merge the two separate comment cards into ONE card, two-column layout when space allows else single-column. Not a new feature build.

SHIPPED v1.97.30 SHA 6ce509d, audit PASS (Vercel READY, live /api/app-version==1.97.30, zero new runtime errors, static-diff verified). Consolidated the two comment cards on /practicas/[id] into ONE outer card, grid-cols-1 lg:grid-cols-2 gap-6 (Observaciones left, Comentarios right, collapse to 1 col narrow). Additive default-off 'bare' prop on Comentarios + ObservacionesYComentariosCard — audit confirmed all other callers (practica-form.tsx:927 /practicas/nueva) byte-unchanged. Dup-id dodge: outer card carries id=sec-observaciones (nav anchor intact), inner obs col moved to id=obs-col, no dup on the detail page. Both empty-states verbatim. CAVEAT: true-390px grid-collapse eyeball uncovered by PTD (proxy limit); structurally overflow-safe, rendered legibility unconfirmed — Elazar to eyeball.
