  Elazar reframe 2026-07-03: NOT a new tooth-chart. An interactive one already exists at /practicas/nueva 'Datos de la intervención' — it just looks bad (numbers small, boxes too close to numbers, poor layout). Rescope = UI/UX polish of the existing component, not a new feature. Needs proxy viewport review.

  Reframed by Elazar: the 'Datos de la intervención' section ALREADY exists on /practicas/nueva — task is UI polish, not a build. Looks bad: numbers small, boxes too close to the numbers, cramped. Make it clean.

  SHIPPED v1.97.29 SHA 078d253, audit PASS (Vercel READY, live /api/app-version==1.97.29, zero new runtime errors). Reframe: CR28's tooth diagram was already live — this was polish-only. CSS-only fix in globals.css @layer components: enlarged FDI tooth-cell numbers (~0.75→~1rem), widened inter-cell gap (~3px→~6-8px), bigger quadrant labels. Root cause was unlayered mobile rules overriding @layer, forcing the smallest values at every width. Zero JSX/behavior delta. CAVEAT: true-390px mobile-narrow visual eyeball uncovered by PTD (proxy can't hit 390) — repeat(8,1fr) auto-grid means no structural overflow, but rendered legibility at 390 is unconfirmed; Elazar to eyeball on device.
