  Port Mars MARS-76 (v2.15.0) pattern verbatim. Gotchas: (1) cron secret embedded in cron.job command, not ALTER DATABASE SET (superuser-blocked). (2) Gmail 454=per-login-rate throttle not volume. pg_cron NOT Vercel cron. Endpoint: /api/cron/drain-email-outbox.
