  Investigated (db-pluto-cc): no isDemo/isSeed column anywhere in schema; PLUTO-97's June design note claiming an isDemo exclusion mechanism was never implemented. vPracticaParticipantFacts filters only deletedAt IS NULL. Live exposure today is zero (coincidental - the one demo-tainted practica was hand-soft-deleted 4 days after creation by its own creator), not structural. coder-pluto-cc decision: leave OPEN as latent-hygiene item, not close - zero is coincidental not gated like PLUTO-100. Fix constraint: use a real isDemo/isSeed column set by the seed migration, NOT the d0000000-/a0000000-/c0000000- UUID-prefix convention (invisible once it stops matching).
