  Scope narrowed (db-pluto-cc investigation 2026-07-17): vAcademicHierarchy + vPracticasHierarchyRollup already exist live (plain SELECT/GROUP BY, no subqueries) — built under a prior WI, not this one. All named index candidates (deletedAt partial, periodoId, assignment*Id, comisionId/jtpId/adjuntoId, appEvents.createdAt, authId) already present in live inventory except users.deletedAt/primaryRoleId partial — table sizes are tiny (users=376, practicas=455, comisiones=7), so that gap is not a real perf risk, not pursuing. Only remaining live-value work: collapse the /admin/a-solucionar 6/7-query scan fan-out into fewer queries. db-pluto-cc to draft + ping audit-pluto-ca for Class-A design review before implementing.
