Fix rkhunter duplicate timers on venus + drop cadence weekly->monthly

Two live systemd units both run ~/.local/bin/rkhunter-scan.sh weekly on Saturday: scan-rkhunter-venus.timer (03:15 UTC, EnvironmentFile-based) and rkhunter-scan.timer (04:00 ART=07:00 UTC, root). Remove the redundant one, keep one canonical unit, retarget OnCalendar to monthly (1st of month), update project CLAUDE.md doc name to match whichever unit survives.

Removed duplicate rkhunter-scan.timer/.service (was firing weekly Sat, redundant with scan-rkhunter-venus.timer). Retargeted scan-rkhunter-venus.timer to monthly (1st @ 03:15 UTC). Test-run kicked off manually to confirm the surviving unit still executes cleanly. CLAUDE.md updated.
