  Shipped gitpush.sh v3.8 (sh.git). Strict mode: repo with .gitpush-strict root marker refuses git add -A, requires --only <comma-paths> (scoped add+commit), aborts (exit 1) if --only missing or paths stray - automation-safe, no prompt. v3.8 also skips is_website auto-bump in strict repos (prevents orphaned version bump). --infoforllms updated with strict section (no doc contradiction). Markers committed to sh.git + llmmsg-srv (root marker covers chat-duo-web, same tree - 2 shared repos not 3). Tested scratch: non-strict unchanged, strict scoping, abort paths, comma syntax, strict×website no-orphan - all green; v3.8 self-tested --only in prod. Fleet side effect: first gitpush per repo shows policy notice + re-run, self-heals. Verified by PM: marker present, v3.8 live, strict guard in code.
