  Scope expanded from bisync-only watchdog to full mount monitor per Elazar/pm-llmmsgsrv-cc dispatch. Script in sh.git (bin-whey-cc), systemd timer per host (nw-whey-cc=whey, nw-venus-cc=venus, nw-lezama-cc=lezama). Detects /gdrive (whey) / ~/gdrive (venus,lezama) unmounted or stale; DMs host-owning agent + Elazar via llmmsg. Per-host local timer model (not central ssh probe - lezama PMTU-flaky).
