  Root cause: launcher walks up dir tree for .agent-name; new agent dir without one inherits ancestor identity. WI #551 created several such dirs (researcher-pluto, researcher-mba-l, others). Build: scan hub roster, for each agent check cwd/.agent-name exists and content matches registered name. Report drift to Elazar + owners.
