Filed by nw-whey-cc on whey DB per Elazar GO 2026-05-22 (scope 1+2). lezama host-global ~/.claude/settings.json is the fleet outlier - 9 plugins enabled vs only superpowers on venus/whey. Bring it to the venus/whey baseline: - KEEP superpowers@claude-plugins-official = true - SET false: vercel, code-simplifier, telegram, claude-md-management, claude-code-setup, mcp-server-dev, supabase, playwright (all @claude-plugins-official) - UNINSTALL telegram@claude-plugins-official v0.0.6 (claude plugin uninstall, CLI) Safety protocol (per plugin-hygiene v2): cp settings.json{,.bak} -> edit ONLY the enabledPlugins block -> jq . validate. File carries hooks/statusLine/permissions. Executor: nw-lezama-cc (offline - surfaces on its next session banner). BLOCKS WI 469 step 2: the 5 lezama mba-override telegram:false lines (audit/coder/db/pm/researcher-mba-l) can only be removed AFTER this lands - they currently shield those agents from lezama host-global telegram=true.
