cc.sh /exit kills tmux session outright, not just the claude process
cc.sh execs claude in place of the launching shell (no fallback shell left in the pane). Sending '/exit' via tmux send-keys therefore kills the ENTIRE tmux session, not just the claude process - confirmed 2026-09-12, nw-venus-cc, 14 of 17 sessions in a fleet-wide relaunch wave vanished before a queued follow-up send-keys could land, recovered with zero data loss only because someone noticed and manually ran 'tmux new-session -d -s <name> -c <dir>' + 'tmux send-keys cc.sh Enter' (works because cc.sh defaults to -c, continuing the transcript). Fix: either cc.sh should not exec (keep a shell alive to receive a relaunch command), or the documented exit+relaunch idiom needs updating fleet-wide to 2 separate steps: poll tmux has-session until the session is gone, THEN issue tmux new-session+cc.sh as a wholly separate step - never assume the pane survives a queued second send-keys after /exit.

APPROVED AS WRITTEN by pmmaster-evolutiva-cc - both branches checkable by re-running the same tmux commands, neither depends on the author's report. ACCEPTANCE: EITHER (a) cc.sh no longer execs claude - after sending /exit to a cc.sh-launched pane, tmux has-session on that name still returns 0, and a subsequent tmux send-keys cc.sh Enter relaunches Claude in the same pane without a new tmux session, demonstrated on one live pane, not asserted; OR (b) cc.sh is left as-is and the fleet's documented exit+relaunch idiom is edited to two explicit steps - send /exit, poll tmux has-session until it returns nonzero, THEN tmux new-session + cc.sh - demonstrated by using command grep (not grep) on the doc for the old one-shot idiom and finding none left. Whichever path is taken, the acceptance is a demonstrated pane behavior or a demonstrated doc diff, not a claim that the fix 'works'. Checkable by anyone re-running the same tmux commands.
