  Two additions per Elazar (aro:kpi-n-optimization 2026-06-20): (1) 404=error fleet rule — all HTTP 404s from apps/sites are bugs, trigger immediate DM+email same as error+fatal; no threshold filter; applies to applog rail and all future scrp- monitors and Vercel notifiers. (2) Auto-fix protocol — app PM agents (mars/venus/pluto) fix on notification without Elazar intervention when solution is clear AND reversible; non-reversible/destructive → block+ask Elazar. Must be reflected in scrp- monitoring spec and app-notifier routing (route to app PM, not just notify).

  404 rule refined (pm-venus, fleet-endorsed via generalpm, pending Elazar veto): (1) 404 on owned route/link/sitemap OR own-domain referrer → ERROR → DM+email + auto-fix (restore route/repair link/add redirect; irreversible→block Elazar). (2) 404 from external scanner/bot probes to never-defined paths (/wp-login.php, /.env, /.git, stray .php) → SECURITY LOG only, NOT fix-DM. Internal class = first-hit no threshold. Bot class = security log only, no alert noise. Still gated on bin-whey coordinated pass.
