whey: ~/.claude/*.md symlinks share OPS-157/158 sh.git shape

Path: ~/.claude/*.md rule files on whey (agent-conventions.md, agent-launch-permission.md, compact-loop-debug.md, DEVELOPMENT-GUIDE.md, git-workflow.md, global-detail.md, llmmsg-protocol.md, maintainer-agents.md, memlint-lessons.md, memory-discipline.md, nw-bin-delegation.md, supabase-setup.md, triggers.md) are TRACKED SYMLINKS into ~/.local/bin (sh.git checkout) - same shape as OPS-157/158, confirmed on whey not assumed. Writers: any bin-*/nw-* agent editing sh.git. Collision prevention today: none beyond git add -A discipline (gitpush.sh --only) already covered by the parent sh.git track. CLAUDE.md, abbreviations.md, agent-folder-layout.md, ltm.md are plain non-symlinked files, single-owner by convention (nw-whey-cc for CLAUDE.md), no evidence of collision. Fix: covered by OPS-157/158 sh.git track, not a separate fix.
