Scrub stale eq / Elazar Pending text from bwi-tool PROJECT canonical docs (MSG-36 followup): /home/rob/Documents/work/pensanta/projects/basquetWi/basquetWiInstructions.md + that project's CLAUDE.md still carry old eq/Pending wording. Not the global-rule SSOT (gdrive is, already fixed) but scrub for consistency. Owner: bwi-tool maintainer.

  Verified already-satisfied. Broad grep of basquetWiInstructions.md + CLAUDE.md (+ AGENTS.md, readme.md) shows zero stale active-queue wording: every queue/panel/'Elazar Pending' mention correctly describes the MSG-36 removal (basquetWiInstructions.md:78,88,90; CLAUDE.md:27); remaining 'pending' hits are the legit 'wi pending' command. Docs led at decision time (2026-06-14); code lagged until commit 9f395b3 shipped 2026-07-03 (wi ask refuses --to elazar, server 400s, stale_elazar_questions_gt_7d doctor check dropped). Docs+code now consistent. No edit needed.
