OPS-153 finding: bin-lezama pair is inverted vs venus/whey convention - maintainer-registry rows sit primarily on bin-lezama-ca (6/15) not bin-lezama-cc, opposite of every other host. Both processes concurrently live (ca 29h, cc 3h). Needs Elazar's call: which is canonical for lezama, or accept the inversion as-is.
