back up /usr/local/share/doc/whey/*.md (timer audit + ccs-log-rotate removal docs) - not covered by any existing backup job

cron-systemd-timers.md and ccs-log-rotate-removed.md live under /usr/local/share/doc/whey/, outside /home/rob - confirm whey's backup jobs (#7/#10/#23 in the timer audit) don't already cover /usr/local/share/doc, and if not add it or copy these files somewhere backed up.
